Try it for 30 days. If it doesn't add value to your trading within your first month, reply to your welcome email for a full refund of that month. No questions asked.
Who This Applies To
This 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscribers on their first month of a Yes No Levels indicator subscription. If you subscribe, use the indicator, and decide within 30 days of your first payment that it isn't adding value to your trading, you can request a full refund of that first month's charge.
How to Request a Refund
Any channel works. There is no required form, chatbot, or specific subject line. As long as you indicate you'd like a refund, we will process it. You do not need to explain why, and we will not ask.
Channels that count as a valid refund request, in any order of preference:
- Reply to your welcome email — the one sent when you subscribed
- Reply to any Stripe receipt or invoice email — these come from
[email protected]with your purchase details - Email [email protected] from the same email address you used to subscribe
- Email [email protected] if your account email is no longer accessible
- Cancel from your profile page — if you cancel within 30 days of your first charge, this counts as a refund request automatically; we will issue the refund without you having to email separately
If your message reaches us through any of these and you are within the 30-day window, you will get the refund. We do not bury cancellation behind a chatbot, a phone tree, or a retention specialist. Whichever channel is easiest for you is the channel we will honor.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe
- Stripe typically returns funds to your card or bank within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- Your indicator access is revoked at the time the refund is issued (you are refunded for the month you are no longer using)
- No further charges will occur on your subscription
What's Covered
The 30-day guarantee covers the first charge on a Yes No Levels subscription ($99/month or $948/year, billed annually). If you subscribed, were charged, and request a refund within 30 days of that first charge, you receive a full refund of that charge.
What's Not Covered
- Months beyond the first. After 30 days, subscriptions run month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from your profile page or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and ends access at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months after the guarantee window.
- Returning subscribers. If you have previously subscribed to Yes No Levels, received a refund under this guarantee, and later resubscribe, the 30-day guarantee does not apply again to the resubscription. The guarantee is intended as a one-time risk-free trial for new subscribers.
- Weekly Pro reports already delivered. The weekly research report included with every Yes No Levels Pro subscription is published under the SEC publisher's exclusion. Because each report has immediate value from delivery, a refund will not be issued for past reports you have already received; however, the full 30-day subscription-level guarantee above still applies to your first 30 days of Pro access.
- Disputes already filed with your card issuer. If you have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer, please withdraw it before requesting a refund through us. Double-processing a dispute can trigger automated fraud flags that slow the return of your money.
Cancellation Without Refund (After 30 Days)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges and ends indicator access at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months used after the 30-day guarantee window.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing error or an unauthorized charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most billing issues can be resolved within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us can delay the return of your money by weeks and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
